I was born in San Cristóbal, Venezuela. I'm 26 years old, I’m telecommunications engineer. I love to learn about new cultures, lifestyles, new adventures, and to get to know the world around me. It simply fascinates me.
I enjoy being surround by the nature. I'm in love with a fictional character, the great, the only, the master of my universe Mr. Christian Grey...
I'm a multifaceted person, I love art in all its expressions, music, films, painting, theatre, and television. All of those connect to the windows of my soul. I enjoy photography which captures memories and I find that my life becomes more real because if it.
Sensual literature, has become my favorite, along with romantic fiction. It lets my imagination take me places I didn’t know I could go.
I love and enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also have a radio show every Wednesday called “Generation Mix”. I really love doing it and entertaining people.
It’s a pleasure for me to be able to give life to the Spanish Meander, I would like to thank Monique for letting me do it, hope you guys like it.
Coolness. You are famous! And I don’t know how much the US is buzzing in general – but I certainly am and the internet is! I have NEVER seen this much of a buildup for a trailer debut. Can. Not. Wait.

IKR??? It’s crazy! My editor, Susan told me that the trailer teaser is being shown as an ad on TV this week in the US!! As for the fame… Not quite yet 😉 LOL!

It’s a given. Just remember us little people when they start making your book into a movie. 😉 I want to audition the actors for the proper amount of stud appeal.

Oh yes!!!! I can see us, all with clip boards, and a long list of audition names!! 😉 Oh I hope so, Sharon – on the fame part 🙂

Oh Monique you are making me laugh, every time I get an email through it seems to be a post from you with an update on the trailer 🙂
To be honest I’m not a bit interested in the trailer or the film, I just can’t get behind the actors they have chosen!

Oh no, Katherine! I still have hope…. I think I’m desperate for them to wow me but the expectations are sooooo high, I would almost be surprised if we all end up loving the movie. Truly though, do you think there’s a man alive that could live up to the Christian in our minds?

I agree with you that no man will live up to our Christian but I think that they could have made more of an effort getting the right actors.
I feel bad that I can’t take to Jamie he is from my home town so i should be supporting him but just can’t and as for Dakota? OMFG i don’t see how we are to believe that she is wanted by every man who meets her?
Sorry but not feeling it.
I read FSOG so many times but like Mercia I don’t think ill go to see the film but I’m enjoying your excitement lol

I can understand that you feel that way, Katherine, especially considering the parade of hunky chunks of men we poured over before the cast was finalized. I reserve judgement on Dakota but I tend to agree with you. The only thing that can save it, in my opinion, is if they really spark on screen and that their indelible, new, fragile love comes across.

I don’t think I am alone in saying, I loved the books. My local library got me interested in FSoG . I have also listened to the audio books, but when it comes to a movie, I’m not interested in any way. The pictures I have in my head of any of the characters in FSoG , will never relate to what I see on the screen.
I hope, for E L James sake, the movie is a success , but I won’t hold my breath on that.

Mercia, you’ve taken the words out of my mouth
I agree with you 100%

But isn’t that just that magic of a book? That YOU can mold it just how you like, see it through your own desires and perceptions, truly making it your own? No movie, no matter how good, can ever live up to the canvas in your mind 🙂

Mercia, I agree that we all have our personal visions, the movie will not be the books, they can’t do them as written. I hope they capture the love story every FF fan has sought out more of. I have high hopes, but not high expectations. Can’t not see it, have invested too much time and love in this Trilogy not to give it a chance. Looking forward to the trailer tomorrow!!! Liz
