This week I read:

al

Allure by Nina Lane, book two in the Spiral of Bliss series. I’m still completely in love with the sophisticated, grown-up read. Hot and loaded with feeling, What more can a girl ask for?

Currently I’m reading:

awaken

Awaken by Nina Lane. This is the third and final book in the Spiral of Bliss series. Touching and sexy – Dean and Liv are so real.

On my shelf I have – for after my Nina Lane book hangover:

sliw

Some Like it Wild by M Leighton. This is part of the The Wild Ones series, book two in fact, but you don’t have to read them in order.

I need one of these….

Happy reading, ladies. Please don’t forget to share your special reads wit us!

Hi Monique so happy you are enjoying Nina Lane I loved all 3 books so thanks for that recommendation.
I just finished The Erotic Dark by Nina Lane, I found this after I searched for more of her work.
Very dark hot sexy and at times quite disturbing but in saying that she is a stunning writer and I love her work.
At present I am reading The Final Piece by Maggi Meyers this book has me completely stunned so much so that so far I have cried and vomited!! I have had to put the book down quite often before I can continue to read it.
Not sure if I would recommend it to your readers I would rather finish it first so I’ll review it next week.
So excited to read the new chapter of meander my happy place ……………..hopefully 😉
    Have a great week xxx

Yes the Erotic Dark was a great read The Final Piece was a good enough read it was about Beth trying to get her life together after being sexually abused from the age of 5 by a friend of her parents.
My problem was with the graphic details of the abuse, my old workmates would still email me with recommendations from their book club and this was one of them think they all cried but it physically turned my guts!! I just don’t think we needed the details, it didn’t go into it too often which was good but I think what was in it was more for shock effect it didn’t bring anything to the story

Ah, I see. Yes, that would be very rough to read. I try to avoid those dark books regardless of how well they are written. Thank you for letting me know, Katherine 😉

I followed your recomendation and found the 3 books. I started sunday, and am already on the third book. Have to admit i love it, mostly because i identify myself with Liv. Im going thought a fase in my work life, and my relationship with my mother, and my husband has been my rock. The dedication Nina Lane wrote on Awaken really touched me. So, thanks for introducing me to it!!
